Pretty darn good for your first avi art/fan art.
The hair definitely needs improvement and the arm position looks awkward (not normal).
Everything else is good :p

- I think it looks good. maybe fix the arm a little and make the face a little more 3 dimensional and you will be alright. oh and the hair. give the hair a little more motion. Try studying anatomy books that may help with your body proportions. other than that you did better then my first drawing of female.
