Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach. He is probably my favorite character...tied with Gin Ichimaru XD It's actually a scene from episode...59? something like that...haha. He's using his senkei.
EDIT: Ok, people, he is not about to use bankai, if he was his zanpakuto would be the other way. His senkei is when he has the dome with thousands of pink glowing swords. If you don't understand watch Bleach episode 59.

- I like this..except you have his sword the wrong way. It's not senkei either...it's bankai. The rest of it is way good biggrin

- ok, he isn't dropping his zanpakuto to use bankai or else the zapakuto would be upside down >.> if you watch the scene from episode 59 you'll see what i"m talking about....

- acually its bankai and the hand is right because in it he lets go of his sword and it goes through the ground then splits up into flower pedals that are as sharp as his blade
