This is a pic I did a while ago for a friend but never entered in anything so I figured why not try here, eh?
It's called "Vega: Rose of Barcelona" and was done in Painter Classic. Indeed his "Blood Red Eyes of Insanity" could only be tamed by thoughts of the one he loves. (though admittedly I'm not that big a Cammy x Vega fan, but I really dunno who else he'd be with and since the story-line shows him having interest in her I guess that's the one he's thinking of here .. or some Vega fan - Date: 03/15/2004

heh at first I didn't know who it was then I saw
the mask on the floor and the word vega popped
into my mind xD thats pretty crazy for a character
