This is another image made for an art contest. I guess I went a little ballistic with the original clothing, though...I had too much fun with the color scheme. Once again, it was done on GIMP with my laptop scroll pad.

- Actually, chibis aren't my main style...amd I've never learned the mechanics for making a "proper chibi". I just sort of do them my way.

As someone who draws chibis as their main style, I have to say you've done it wrong. Chibis are plump little people who are, at most, two and a half heads tall.
As an artist in general though, You've made the arms and legs too short, although that could be remedied by shortening the torso.
And as someone who draws females best, you've made the hip area much too narrow for that kinda chest. xP
Also, the pose is pretty stiff and unnatural.
