- you should make her head a bit bigger her hair and eyes are taking over her arms should be thiner you should go on devianart and find body tutorials they helped my drawing big time

- what you posted is constructive criticism, but saying "this sucks you have to get better" or saying what sucks about it but not telling what to work on is flaming.

- Umm...if you post this you must be ready to accept criticism (both good and bad). It looks like you're not being mature enough to view constructive criticism as what it is...telling you what's badly done isn't flaming. I'll just say that the arms and hands are awful so maybe you should work on that. Your eyes are great, just work on basic anatomy and proportions.
