Yea, so I used to have an avi art shop where I'd just draw with pencil, take a pic, and then send the pic to the customer. - I don't have to be nice if you went and posted this in the arena. The hair is ill-defined, the sleeves you were going for aren't detailed enough, and the whole thing lacks shading. Work on it.
