It's not spectacular, but it's a good start for realism.
The lips are a bit flat, and very cartoonish looking.
As for her nose, there isn't much definition there, and she's seems to be missing a nose hole.
Next time, I would suggest looking in a mirror and studying the way your lips, nose, eyes, and hair look. It'll help out a lot. - Report As Spam

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
