this boy is Alec! hes part of this super psycho group who go arround killing people. Hes blind and his eyes r kinda freakish so he keeps bandages over his eyes. The bandages can move to his will (sorta like gaara and his sand). anyways, so that little thing on his hat is a little skull clip covered in bandages. hes part dragon...(explaining the tail)
