Pose looks incredibly awkward because of the proportions. Especially the raised leg, the thigh is far too long in comparison to the lower leg and foot. The shading is also very flat. Different objects have different textures. Also another issue with the shading, you didn't pick a singular light source, If anything you should have made all shadows opposite to the flames (which are a major light source in this image).
