Now I know saying a chibi is oversized is pretty paradoxical but bear with me here. xD This is a piece I did for a site once when my username was Cloud_Ketsuo. 'Cause I just liked how Ketsuo sounded. ^^;
Ohp, and he's holding a bottle of glue b'cause he ate some, and now his cape is stuck to him mouth.
