I kind of used this as an example to draw it but I wasn't going for the exact appearance, so please don't judge it on accuracy.

But don't avoid drawing the paws, trust me, the more you draw them the better you'll get at it. I do the same thing, but now I use reference imgs to copy the paws or just to better the drawing.
