You need to work on the face and shading more. And it doesn't really look like him; I just guessed it was him because of the boxing gloves and I confirmed it by looking at the title.
Try picking up Lee Hammond's Big Book Of Drawing, by Lee Hammond. She's an AMAZING artist, and her books have helped me improve tremendously. This book includes drawing portraits and other things in pencil AND color pencils. Try it out and keep pracitcing!! smile - Report As Spam
