This reminds me of a song I heard one time...
"Your antidote is toxic, but it tastes so sweet."
I think that's what it said... Somehow this reminds me of that. The expression on her face caputres the pain of poison really well in my opinion. n.n
Oh, and then Poison by Shiny Toy guns, but that song is a more self-afflicted poisoning, which I don't see in this.
