This is Loki, my emotionless timetraveler that's displaying emotion for the very first time.
I had tons of fun making the eyes, and the crazy lights all around him. The background was really fun too, creating the fake billboards (which are much more detailed than in the end result) and the bokeh lights. It was fun.
