- well then wouldn't you think that if the dress had a steam-punk look that it was meant to have a steam punk look and therefore would make no sense to try to make it look otherwise?

- make it a deep purple, complimented with much lighter shades of purple-fushia and alot of black. it will look elegant and lean away from the steam punk look, which this dress is.

I think... Gold and red would look pretty cool. Part of it looks kinda like metal, so that would look good gold, with the dress various shades of red, gold, and grey, with red hair?
