Ohmehhgee. *fangirlsscream* 8D It's Near (AKA Nate River) from the Death Note Manga/Anime series. =D Yeah it's not as great as other people's drawings but yo, it's my version of him. :P But I still kinda like the picture. Anyways.. the shading sucks crackers, since I'm a crappy shader. And yes I colored his hair in. (-v__v-) Sorry for that. this isn't the best near art i've seen but..
it does look very well done for the most part.
the hands look extremely natural, the clothes were shaded correctly, his panda face is still as 'KAWAII' as ever. (:
