- Photoshop tends to do a lot better at bringing hand-drawn pictures to the computer because it has a "black and white" setting that has adjustable values, allowing your outline to be all black and everything else to be white, making it a lot easier to use tools such as Fill and helping to keep the outline neat. It's pretty good though. You should see some of my works that I posted in the arena, they too were drawn and scanned then colored on the computer. 4/5
