Very cute! I really like it I hope your friend does to!! 5/5.
To critique I would have to say that some of the proportions are off a bit. Her leg looks to far out from the rest of her body and should be brought closer to the other leg. Also the face seems to be a bit to large on one cheek but that makes it cute. The last thing I see is that her arms are to small. They should be wider and just a little bit longer.
