The base would be the section on top of the head that looks a lot thinner from the rest, as it's literally the hairs starting point. Usually it's a small bare circle on the top of the head, but for some people it's a line.
And you'll want to draw strand after strand, originating from that base, than heading outwards and down - Report As Spam

- Here is a thought. Hair strands. For the white hair that's around her eyes, instead of drawing it as a single solid object, draw strands originating from the hairs base.
