Serpentarius is another of the villains from my furry story. He's named for the thirteenth zodiac. ^-^ He's sociopathic, no conscience. He's in charge of acquisition and assassination for the "stable" Aries runs. The scar on his throat made him mute. I didn't really like him as I was drawing him, but I think I like him more now that he's finished.
