- I like the eye. Hair looks too "painted" for my taste, but that's just me. You can work o shadowing too. smile

- Interesting detail in his eyes! It's nice to see hair, too, that doesn't have the same blocky shapes over and over again. My only tips would be to study shadow some more in places like where his hair meets his skin, his clothing meets his skin and try and work on your smoothness as well. I noticed that -mainly- in the area around his shoulder, the painting was choppy and uneven.
