I don't say this often so I mean it, but this is really good and so far my favorite and out of an hr rating the only one that has gotten over a 1 or 2 (ok 1). I judge hard. =)
The colour contrast and layers are nicely done, however there is a white layer behind her that I'm not sure is suppose to be there or not, but if it is then might look a little better if she blended, but if not, you might want to use the wand tool in photoshop or use paint if you don't have that.
