The original character was inspired by my daily avatar, though this one is much more dramatic. Although the ankle wings are smaller, I wanted to give a more powerful image with Dariel, hence the larger form. It's grayscale with the details because I'm in a sense colorblind, but wanted to make the overall art pop. The background is meant to force people to look at the image closer. Hope you enjoy!
