Well this drawing was a pain it took close to 8 hours and 45 minutes just on the rose itself, then for the background i really didn't know what to do, but i didn't want to leave it blank so i put in green, then random black spots. For the rose used chalk pastels to color it then used a dry paint brush to make it look softer.
