This is the third character I made for my short films. This is Presea in chibi. She's the hugest fan of Chip but she tends to come on way too strong and tends to let her emotions control her actions. She's what you would call an "Over Obsessed Fan" or "OOF", which matches her personality to a tee since she's the clumsiest girl around.
On a side note, I use Microsoft Paint to paint since I don't have anything fancy like photoshop. *pauses for dramatic effect* Still, I hope you enjoy my work.
