This is a colab with a friend of mine, she did the original under-drawing.
I tried something different this time for coloring... I used the "Smudge" tool and shifted the colors around to get the soft look for the feathers.
He's based off a puppet that we got a recent Maryland Renaissance Festival that we attended. - Date: 12/28/2012
