Heeey um, being observant is good, since I AM Phoenixliv. The X looks that way in a font called "Faerie" though I had to use the © symbol in "Sylfaen" because "Faerie" doesn't have it but yeah, I would totally be offended if someone were stealing my images.
I got the Space Needle in the center of my shop :gasp: because that's where I wanted it. It's called attention to composition when shooting. I know it's not the most common thing, but it's how I shoot.

heeey ummm it has a copyright sign on it so if u let pheonixliv see it ur dead and u put the artist as pheonixliv just so that u could make ppl think that u took that pic but u didnt and if u typed pheonixlix for the artist u could of made the certain x that they made too
