    Every year mom is worried about how would she make Christmas happen for me
    She works overtime and tries to loan some money from my Aunt Sammy
    All I want for Christmas is for us to be together
    But she wants me to be happy and have a delicious supper

    I usually like Christmas, but that’s the day my dad went away for business trips
    He called me during his flight and that was the last time I heard his voice from his lips
    I never had a chance to tell him how great my Christmas is with dad
    I miss dad and that makes me so sad

    I have to keep my mom’s spirit as I promised dad every time he’s going away
    Now that he’s gone forever, we have to get used to it that he’s not here I must say
    He’s the Christmas for me and mom and it hurts that he’s gone like a stab of a dart
    And he’ll always be the Christmas in my heart.
