I gaze out my window
As the snow falls outside
Like a blanket of cotton candy
Winter has come to our home
I put on my slippers
And reach for my coat
Jack Frost comes to great me
As I walk out into the unfriendly snow
A snowflake falls on me
Beckoning me to be part of their world
A smile comes to my face
As I step away from the house
Becoming part of the Wintering World
