A comforting blanket

Deadly frost
Melting slowly
From our heated love

We’ll make it through this
This darkening world
Where our love is forbidden
Our blood spilled
Our love leaking
Leaking out into the water
Turning pink and cascading
Through this darkening world
Staining this world with undying love
With our undying love…
Until the snow blanket comes again
We’ll be bleeding red and white…
