It's just the difference between languages, that's all. Both are right. Another example that most of you will know are "Cloud" from FF7 and "Light" from Deathnote. "Kurado" and "Raito". That's the Japanese's way of trying to pronounce "Cloud" and "Light" in English. Or as many call it, "Engrish".
But anyway! This is one heck of an awesome cosplay. 5/5! Hellsing is epic. - Report As Spam

- Arucard and Alucard are both acceptable. "Arucard" is how you'd spell it if you're trying to mimick the way the Japanese speak the name, which is horribly ironic, considering their pronunciation of things like "l" with more of an "r" sound is their best attempt to imitate how we pronounce the letter. But because they don't have certain characters that we have in their alphabet, they go with what's closest--making things like "l" and "r" interchangeable. **

You turned yourself into a monster to try and defeat Alucard but only a man can defeat a monster. Not a dog, not another monster, and certainly not a regenerating human who uses an item of 'God' to turn himself into what Alucard is.
