Sailor Cosmos appears at the end of Vol. 18, Stars 9, Act 51 in the Sailor Moon manga. Some say she is the future form of Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon from a different time line. Her role is not very clear, but she says she is a coward who runs to the past. But she felt the courage and hope to go on when Eternal Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to save the Galaxy Cauldron.
I thought I got pretty close, I tried using the new rainbow dress but it didn't layer properly. Thanks! - Date: 07/18/2010

- @Tsuki -- This is the one huge flaw for Cosmos, even with the rainbow items that Gaia has -- there isn't a certain one that is going to be used for the front piece. If you know of any layering tricks that I missed, let me know. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you. : )

- @Waves: She usually is more ivory with I guess yellow tones, than bluish -- but this was the best picture that I thought would at least show her detail. If you notice an item I could instead of the ones I have, please let me know. I am open to any suggestions please. Thank you for being harsh and honest, it makes me want to make something better for next time. : )

- It's nice but the problem is the key details that Cosmos has. Like the rainbow pieces. It just doesn't strike me as being Cosmos at all. Congrats on place, tho.

- Oh look another copslay that relies heavily on one item with a few vaguely related items and a dumptruck of crap that not only fails to compliment the avatar, but actually makes it uglier. The reference implies a luminescent light blue, but all I see are dull grays and even duller yellows.
