- Fast food is basically trash. It has tons of preservatives, calories, cholesterol, salt and very little nutritional value. Exercise isn't going to get rid of all the waste that goes into your body. Like I said, there's really no point in eating it. I rather eat a baked chicken, or salad, or yummy health whole foods. =]
