Joe was once an ordinary movie fan until he was suddenly pulled into the movie world by accident. His favorite movie hero, Captain Blue, grants him the power to transform into his heroic alter ego, Viewtiful Joe.
Okay, the new helmet looks a LOT like Joe's helmet when he's about to battle (Ref. pic). The Fallen Wish acts as the white part of Joe's suit. The background reminds me of how he looks when pulls a stylish move in slow motion.

Sorry for the referance picture. That's not really something that I can fix, though. -/-
Anywho, I know the scarf looks more like pink at times, but there is NOT a cool pink scarf on Gaia. Also, there are times when his scarf also looks red. ._.
I couldn't do anything about the eyes and the goatee. Like I said, the helmet's supposed to have a visor and his mouth hidden, like the bottom pic.
