This is the Riddler. The Riddler is obsessed with riddles, puzzles, and word games. He delights in forewarning both Batman and the police of his capers by sending them complex clues. This is a cosplay of the FIRST appearance of the Riddler, so he has a suit, and not spandex.

- Very nice! I remember him from when I was little! A frien of mine even dressed up as him for halloween. Very well done, all of gaia's limitations considered of course.

- Now i know the bowler hat is wrong, but that's the closest thing gaia had to what it is. You can't see it in the reference image, but the Riddler does have orange hair (best shown by Jim Carrey)
