Well as you can see, this is cosmo from the "fairly odd parents." though annoying, and an all-out idiot, he's always been on of my fav nicktoons, so this is my version of a cosplay of him. and to make this clear, i know the eyes aren't exactly bright green, but this is the color of eyes my normal avi has. hope you enjoy :3
