It is from the ethereal underworld that she draws the power for her Dead Scream attack. She actually can use the power of her Garnet Orb to alter the flow of time, but to do so entails a punishment of which no one knows the full extent
Oh right: Her bows -are- red. They are just a dark, dark red. Please tell me your suggestions! The pearl = the lit up orb

"dominant color was black (choker, collar, elbow fittings of gloves, skirt, boots), and her accent colors were garnet (tiara gem, earrings, gem attached to choker) and dark maroon (bows - note that the bows were a much darker shade of brownish purple than her garnet accents and Saturn's bows)." I couldn't get that brown color but yea. I don't mean to split ends or whatev. - Report As Spam

- I think you did a great job! I've seen a lot of Sailor Pluto's and they all over did it. Yours is the only one I think, that stayed true to the character! 5/5! I truly hope to see your avi as one of the finalist.

Her bows are red in both the anime and the manga.
In the manga, her skin is darker than all of the other scouts
I had no way of getting her staff so this was the closest I could get...
It was a battle to use this st. nick cloud or the death whisper purple fire. n.n
