While his powers are as of yet unknown, he appears to only be able to use them under certain circumstances. He is *always* smiling, and enjoys marshmallows. He wears one of the seven Mare rings, powerful rings similar in strength to the Vongola rings. He seeks to possess all seven mare rings, Vongola rings, and Arcobaleno Pacifiers to attain "ultimate power."
