From the show of Naruto,During the second phase of the Chuunin exams,Where she goes into the forest in search for Orochimaru.
Reason for the bracelets was because some of the net top's sleeves were showing,And that messed with the look.Also reason for a black shirt under the net top should be obvious but i should probably mention that too,Net top is see-through,And Anko's net top isn't,If it actually was it would be illegal for her to have it like that. - Date: 11/05/2009

Her hair is usually a purple color...I don't understand why people are always making it black....
Either way, this isn't the best Anko I've seen, but it isn't the worst.
