- actually, another kelp item would have been better... the black kelp eyes. i am usually dressed as a rat, and they make perfect black eyes.

- you know, ive seen my share of dragonair cosplays, and to be honest, this is the best Ive witnessed. And its shocking, because its so simple! 1000000'd! good use on the eyes too. I hope you win.
