- Noob is correct. if a female wants to dress as Tiny Tim, then you have no right to pick on them because they are of a differing gender. Therefore, Glorious and Beautiful and cutypiegirliscool, you both fail epically. - By definition a cosplay is "The act of dressing up in costume as favorite characters from anime, video games, movies, music" etc, etc. This avatar is based on the character from Charles Dickens's story "A Christmas Carol." Therefore by definition it is a cosplay, you sir(s) fail. Thank you =D
