If you're going by the reference pic, could you have found a better shirt? If you couldn't I guess thats fine...but then if you couldn't you could of alway went with his coat...It is a coat, right? Havn't seen One Piece in a while...His eyes seem off too. Should have made his mouth that little slit... you know like -? Probably would have made it look better. Ok, his eyes are waaay off. they arent bug-eyes. he doesnt normally smile. if youre not going with the ref pic he wears a coat. and even if your going with the reference pic the shirt is still wrong.
