Being the communications officer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise isn't always easy. Captain Kirk seems to have a knack for getting us into situations that knock out our systems. I rarely get to leave the ship. Something about being in a red uniform seems to attrach danger. The few times I have been on an away mission with my captain were very nearly disasterous, and fatal.
I suppose I should stay on the ship. SOMEONE has to speak Klingon on the fly. Uhura to Mr. Scott, I'm ready to beam out. - Date: 02/12/2009
