This is Chocolat from Sugar Sugar Rune as Queen of the Magical World. On a normal day, she walks through the garden of the palace, humming to herself and casting her favorite spell, Chocolate Party, whenever she's hungry for some candy. This is her casting chocolate Party outside, in view of the Moon Door to the human world.
I gave her the Queen of Hearts dress because they gather hearts as money, and as a contest, for those of you who dont know the series. - Date: 11/20/2009
