Russia happily promises that eventually "all will become one with Russia, and we'll live in a warm place". Another favorite phrase is "kolkolkolkol", used when he is angered. Russia is often seen carrying a metal faucet pipe.

- Well, these were the only things close enough to the actual stuff Russia wears. What is with people and the gender!? It doesn't matter. You can't really tell it's a female avatar anyway (Besides the hands). The Panda is necessary. It associates with China and Russia stalks China more out of all the nations. and the hearts are to emphasize his innocent look. Wrong hair and color, wrong coat and boots, wrong gender.

Well, this is the first time I've seen this in the Cosplay arenas.
It's very good, though, I've never actually heard of the show/movie before..
Maybe you could have added brown gloves to make it look more like the reference...?
But overall, it's very nice.
