2) The top blue part of the dress is good, but your avi's skirt is blue and the character's is white. The middle part on your avi's is white and the character's is pale blue. So these are some major problems.
3) Your avi's face doesn't look like the character's. I suggest a blush item or something - Report As Spam

I suggest 1) Find a good background that goes with it. There should be plenty that you can mix with other backgrounds to look like the one in the reference. It'll add another dimension to the cosplay.

She needs a kolkolkol face D: And the dress in the reference image is completely different from the one you have your avatar is wearing. The sleeves justify it somewhat, but I just feel like it's off... Nice try, though, 4/5 :3
