People often think Ciel has blue or grey hair, but he also has it black as shown in the anime. I think the black looks best on him though.
With this avatar, it's fairly done nice, but the boots just look so OFF and it throws me off. Too bad there's no better top hats.
I know which outfit you're trying to pull off, and it doesn't look terrible, but then again Gaia doesn't have the best suitable items for many of the cosplays here.

- Doesn't Ciel have blue hair? I wouldn't really know considering you don't have a reference picture.
