Sailor Cosmos appears at the end of Vol. 18, Stars 9, Act 51 in the Sailor Moon manga. Some say she is the future form of Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon from a different time line. Her role is not very clear, but she says she is a coward who runs to the past. But she felt the courage and hope to go on when Eternal Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to save the Galaxy Cauldron.
I thought I got pretty close, I tried using the new rainbow dress but it didn't layer properly. Thanks! - Date: 07/18/2010

- @melissa -- Thanks for the advice but if you Google Cosmos you'll see that her tiara piece is going to be a gold star symbol instead of a moon. Thanks.
