~ Regarding the appearance:
I did some research before making this avatar, and sure enough they wore robes. I originally wanted to give him fur boots, but every picture I saw of a traditional Mongolian had them in leather boots instead. He has a bow and quiver, as he would have had one in combat. Not only was a standard in his army, it was a standard for every Mongolian boy to learn to wield it. The talwar also closely resembles the mongolian sabre, I am lucky for that. - Report As Spam
