Description:
This is a cosplay from One Piece.
Perona was under Gecko Moria's command.
She ate the Horo Horo Fruit, which gives her the ability to create ghosts that explode or cause people to become depressed or negative.
Usopp defeated her because of his own negativity and his cheap tricks.
Later, she leaves Moria and is teleported to a dark castle where Zoro ends up also. - Date: 03/01/2009
